It's no secret that the North American PCB industry has suffered considerably over the last few years and we expect further consolidations to occur in 2009 as supply continues to outstrip demand. It’s rough out there, and as with every challenge, some businesses will respond proactively and effectively, while others will be left behind.

In these challenging economic times, we need to cut costs and improve yields. Exactly how to do that is not always clear; Matrix is committed to working with each of our customers to achieve efficiency.

A new area of focus for us is flexible circuits, as Industry shipments are up 25% compared to Q4 2007; look for an announcement soon.
