In Q3 2009, Matrix will be purchasing a third Automatic Shearing Line. These Japanese cutting lines are fully automated and provide copper verification, edge-finishing, and identification stamping of thin-core materials.

Our other services include paneling, tooling, and vacuum-sealing of prepreg, copper foil, aluminum entry, press pads and release films. All sensitive materials are environment-controlled and continuously monitored for temperature and humidity by our Chart Recorder Security System (CRSS).
